In the event of any dispute between you and jlmm, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. You may initiate a dispute by contacting jlmm's customer support team at [email protected] with a written description of the issue. jlmm will acknowledge your dispute within 5 business days and provide a substantive response within 20 business days.
If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
Nothing in this Section limits your rights as a consumer under applicable Philippine consumer protection law.
